Required Knowledge: - 10+ years of Siebel implementation experience with strong knowledge of Siebel configuration and scripting - Strong Understanding of Siebel Architecture, Data Model, Configuration and scripting - Understanding of relational database concepts and strong PL/SQL knowledge. - Expertise in one or more of the following areas of Siebel: EIM, EAI, Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, Email functionality, System Administration - Previous work experience with the Loyalty modules in Siebel version 8 or higher

Description of duties: - Develop, unit test and provide technical support to the project team during the different phases of the project for the related Siebel components. - Work on defect fixes and enhancements for existing Siebel applications. - Provide daily support, complete operational activities and conduct data analysis.

Description of duties: Install, configure and maintain hardware and software to include, but not limited to PCs, peripherals, operating systems and application software in a networked environment. Work with Senior Client Support members with configuration, maintenance and implementation of complex Information Technology systems. Act as a technical liaison between the customer community and senior members of the department. Keep management abreast of project status, and provide weekly updates. Test hardware and software for compatibility with existing images before deployment to our user environment.

Description of duties: The Accounting Analyst must be able to understand current business needs and work collaboratively with Accounting and I.T. teams to define systematic/procedural solutions in connection with Accounting-related systems. The Analyst is responsible for analyzing data (using query tools), creating and maintaining reports using approved reporting tools, and supporting the businesses day to day operations. They will meet with business partners directly and lead sessions to flush out requirements (white boarding, brainstorming). In addition, they will help to identify ways to streamline and automate daily tasks to improve business effectiveness and efficiency as well as makes recommendations for corrections and prevention of errors or omissions. They will also participate and lead in the collection/documentation of requirements and solutions to support new business strategies using functional and accounting expertise and engages with technical peers to define solutions to solve business problems/issues by contributing to the design, development, and creation of business use cases and systematic test cases and scripts to ensure integrity of computer systems and software applications supporting the Revenue Accounting area. This position employs business process knowledge, support, analysis, testing, and collaboration with functional and technical peers to accomplish assignment.

Description of duties: Candidates will be called on to perform some or all of the tasks indicated below: - Develop a change management coalition including representative of the strategic initiatives as well as the support functions of Communications, HR, IT and others. - Establish a Change Management Office (CMO) which will provide a mechanism to collaboratively manage the change implications introduced by the initiatives - Act as the central hub for all change initiatives. Gather information such as change impact, rollout dates, stakeholder impacts, people risks, key milestones, etc. - Provide and maintain a consistent set of change tools, templates and knowledge across the initiatives and coach leaders of strategic change at all levels of the organization
